Grievance Officer

This designation is part of pre-launch compliance preparation. The grievance officer email is monitored for incoming concerns even before public launch.
Asha is committed to addressing concerns about your personal data promptly and substantively. The following individual is our designated Grievance Officer under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023.

What you can raise with the Grievance Officer
- Concerns about how your personal data is being processed.
- Requests to exercise your Data Principal rights (access, correction, erasure, withdraw consent, nominate).
- Reports of suspected data breaches or unauthorized access.
- Disputes with our handling of your data that you'd like us to review.
- Anything else covered by our Privacy Notice or these Terms.
How to escalate further
If you are not satisfied with our resolution of your grievance, you may approach the Data Protection Board of India established under DPDPA 2023, once it commences operations.
